This sample shows a picklist which is dependent on another.
In this example the address 1 address type code and shipping method code are used. The example loads the values of the picklist from the metadata. The example can be placed on the contact, account and lead forms. The orginal address type code and shipping method code fields can optionally be placed on the form; communication between these is bi-directional.
